Operating Systems

Windows System Requirements

For best results, Darkroom Software recommends Windows 11 or Windows 10 operating system. Booth will work on tablets running Windows 11 or Windows 10 but not Windows RT.

Older Operating Systems – Video related features are not supported in Windows 7. For best results with regular video, Slow Motion video and Burst mode we recommend Windows 10. Microsoft has discontinued support of Windows 7 and 8, therefore Darkroom can no longer support these operating systems. For best results, please update to Windows 10. A minimum i3 Intel processor with 4 GB of RAM is recommended. If you plan to use Darkroom Booth for video, boomerangs or green screen an I5 or higher processor is recommended.

Booth is Windows software and there is no Mac version. Booth will run in Boot Camp, and Parallels.
