Color changes made to a photo on your station cannot be viewed by networked stations so other stations may color correct photos you’ve already spent time editing. A change to the registry add this feature.
The software creates .ffd files in C:Program Files/Common Files/ExpressDigital/CacheFFD. Since this path is not available to other computers on the networks, any color changes made to a photo will not be accessible. To correct this, you must turn off the local FFD option in the registry of each Client computer.

Follow these steps to turn this feature on
1. Go to Start -> Run -> type in regedit and click OK.
2. Click on the plus sign next to HKEY_CURRENT_USER
3. Click on the plus sign next to Software
4. Click on the plus sign next to Express Digital
5. Click on the plus sign next to EventLib
6. Click on the plus sign next to 8.0
7. Click on the Options folder.
8. Right-click on the right half of the screen and select New -> DWORD Value
9. Type LocalFFD and hit enter.
10. Double-click on LocalFFD. An “Edit DWORD Value” window will appear. In the “Value Data” field, enter the number 1
Close the Registry Editor, start the Darkroom software and make a color correction. When you save that photo, other stations should be able to access them.
