To resolve this issue, you will need to download the latest drivers for your printer. The printers and the current versions as of this article are listed below.

***IMPORTANT NOTICE*** This article contains information about modifying the registry. Before you modify the registry, make sure to back it up and make sure that you understand how to restore the registry if a problem occurs. How to back up the Windows registry
1.) To edit the windows registry click “Start” and select “Run”.
2.) Type _regedit.exe_ in the text box labeled “Open:” then click “Ok”.
3.) Browse to the following key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER>Software>Express Digital>EventLib>8.0>Printers>Epson>EPSON Stylus Pro 4800
4.) Right Click on the folder named “EPSON Stylus Pro 4800” and choose New–> DWORD Value.
5.) Name it “AdjustedCutSize”
6.) Double Click on the new DWORD Value called AdjusteCutSize and type the desired size in pixels into the value data field. The Default Size is 32 for the 4800, and 84 for the 7800 and 9800’s.
These istructions can be applied to the 7800 and the 9800 by replacing the key with EPSON Stylus Pro 7800, and 9800 respectively.
