Good day sir I’m just writing you about an experience with an employee the other day , Jessica said that there are only three ppl in the department so I’m sure you’ll know who I’m speaking of. Anyway I just wanted to say that she was over the top kind and helpful. I was having issues with a file and she remotely walked me through it and assisted with many other things. Good ppl need to be recognized and I want to thank her by letting you know.
