As restrictions lift we are seeing demand for photo booths and event photographers increase. Our friends at Imaging Spectrum are seeing demand finally return for photo printers and photo printer supplies. Our photo booth builder partners are seeing orders jump. The Darkroom support team is busy again helping customers.

All great advice. Thanks for sharing.
Regarding point “9.” I wish the Darkroom User Group actually was a “safe” place to post. I was just reading through it, and MAN, there are some really mean, snarkie, ——- out there.
Would appreciate it if you would a) submit a post encouraging helpful replies vs “Oh my God people if you’re going to get into the photoboothing business and taking people’s money for one of the biggest nights of their lives, do your damn research. Stop trying to be a wannabe photo boothor and hurting the rest of us in this industry. I would have thought covid-19 would have phased all you fake one of these out of the business already. Stop blaming dark room for your dumb mistakes. I’ve been running dark room booth for almost 7 years and never once have I had any issues whatsoever and I have eight copies” b) remove comments like this immediately.
If I was checking out this page before deciding on a software company, I would run for the hills after seeing what these users post (and are allowed to get away with). This mentality discourages newbies from seeking help and further encourages these bullies to feed off one another.
Hi Kim,
Thanks for your comment. I am sorry you had a bad experience with the Darkroom Booth Users Group. The group was started by and is administered by Booth users to support the community of photo booth operators that use Darkroom Booth software. While our support team regularly comments and answers questions, the editing of comments from users is up to the administrators. Again, I am sorry you had a bad experience. Please contact our support team if you ever have any questions or need any support for our software by emailing [email protected]
